In Salvation is speculated that the letter of September FNM Quasali Pridemage may be due to a new user has posted a few messages which could be a sneak peak (typical of Wizards at present) of the FNM September that came in the NMF package this month.
This user FNM won a playset of this month's prize (Anathemancer) but given 3 and 1 Quasali anas, suggesting (in addition 9 / 12 the number of collector) that can be the FNM September. What you think about it @ s?
